We are proud to introduce to you our succulently tender Memramcook Valley Select Beef. Fed exclusively on natural grasses and legumes, and are free of all hormones and antibiotics.

You can be confident that our beef is highly nutritious and beautifully cut. Since 1938, the Bourque family has lived and raised beef cattle on their 250 acre farm nestled in the picturesque Valley of Memramcook, New Brunswick. Our cattle are raised their entire lives on our farm grazing only the most luscious pastures (during summer months) and eating the highest quality grass silage and hay (during winter months).
